Online Shop Order Manual
Guide to Ordering Online
1. Search for a Product Category
From the top page, select the product category you need.
Select a category (“Bow”, “Arrow”, “Tsuru”, etc.) from the menu bar.
Click the category name you are interested in.
You will be redirected to the category product page.
2. Find the Products You Want to Buy
The product page displays detailed information such as photos, price, and size.
Off-the-shelf products
Click the product photo you are interested in.
Check the product details such as size, color, and length.
If there is a selection menu (e.g., size or strength), select the appropriate option.
Select the quantity you wish to purchase.
After making all selections, click “Add to
Cart” or “Buy with Shop”.
・Add to Cart: Add the product to your cart and continue shopping.
・Buy with Shop: Add the product to your cart and checkout immediately.
Custom products
Enter the required information in the order form.
※For a Kake (Kyudo
Glove) order, you will also need the hand shape data. Please refer to the product page for
details.
Once all inputs are complete, click submit. A representative will contact you with a quote within a few business days.
3. Check Your Cart
Confirm that the selected products are correct.
Click the shopping bag icon at the top right of the page.
Check all details such as price, quantity, and color.
If everything is correct, click “Checkout”.
4. Enter Your Information & Shipping
On the “Order Summary” page, enter your information.
If you sign in to your account, your information and payment details will be filled in automatically.
Enter your email address in the “Email” field.
Choose a delivery method:
Ship:Enter your shipping
address.
Pickup: Collect your order at our shop in Tokyo, Japan.
5. Select Your Payment Method
On the “Order Summary” page, choose your payment method.
Select your payment method and enter the required information.
(Accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Amex, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, PayPal,
Bank
Transfer)
We recommend using a credit card or PayPal for faster processing.
6. Complete Your Order
Finalize your purchase.
After entering all required information, click “Pay Now” at the bottom of the page.
You will be redirected to the confirmation page.
A confirmation email will be sent to you, and you can check your order status in your account.
To continue shopping, click “Continue Shopping”.
