Pricing

The prices of in-stock items and made-to-order products are displayed on our website. For　custom-made products, we will contact you individually via email with pricing information    after confirming the details of your order.


Additional Fees

The customer will be responsible for the following costs. Please check them before placing your order:


  • International shipping fees (including packaging and insurance)
  • Import duties, consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges incurred upon importation
  • Transaction fees associated with payment methods (e.g., bank transfer fees, international remittance fees, etc.)

Returns, Cancellations, and Defective Products

In principle, we do not accept cancellations, changes, returns, exchanges, or refunds after an order has been confirmed.


Please note that products made from natural materials are especially delicate and may vary individually. Their condition may be affected by temperature, humidity, or handling during international shipping. As a general policy, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for internationally shipped items.


While we have our general policies, we may make exceptions and act in accordance with the laws of your country. The following is one such exception: if delivered products are suspected to be damaged or defective, our return and cancellation policy will apply.
